A common used model to carry out change is the PDCA cycle. PDCA is an abbreviation for Plan (define a plan including the target results), Do (execute the plan), Check (compare the results with your targets) and Act (if the targets are not realized, adjust plans to meet targets).

Bizzscore translates a Plan into a collection of one or multiple actions which can be linked to Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). The actions should lead to future results (targets) on specific KPI’s and clearly present what is expected, from whom and when. The ‘Do’ phase consists of monitoring the individual actions and thereby monitoring the plan. In the ‘Check’ phase, we verify whether the actions have led to the desired results. Basically this is a comparison of the KPI results with the targets defined in the plan. Finally we create new corrective actions to fill the gap to our initial targets; the ‘Act’ phase.

Plans and actions can be tracked in Microsoft Outlook, Dashboards and in reports. The ‘Action view’ in the dashboard offers continuous insights into current actions and plans. Performance will improve over time; Bizzscore helps you to perform better, from mission to measure.
