Bizzscore and the EFQM Model

Quality models like the EFQM model improve the functioning of organizations. Starting point is determining the organization’s positioning and current results from various focus areas. It is established to what extent customers, suppliers, employees and financiers value the company. For each of these groups different criteria are used to measure this. The selection of these criteria is very important because it determines how fast and effective management can respond as soon as results deviate from their targets.

Bizzscore supports this by translating the vision, mission and strategy into criteria that can be monitored and communicated so that actions are taken to revise. That makes Bizzscore the perfect tool to support quality models: it appoints criteria that follow the strategic direction of the company (key performance indicators) and monitors the results.

All of this is based on both hard data from databases and soft data collected by Bizzquality. Using a database of respondents and dates, e-mails are periodically sent by the system with inviting people to fill in questionnaires on the web or intranet. If not completed on time, a reminder is automatically sent by Bizzquality.

When the administrator indicates the data is ready to be processed, the required information for organizational areas will descend in Bizzscore via the linked questionnaires on the web or intranet. Performance indicators measured by Bizzscore are then used to compare and combine quantitative and qualitative data. Results for the overall EFQM model can then be periodically presented in the corresponding fields of the model or for example as a radar diagram and of course, be reported. In Bizzquality the most recent EFQM model is included as a template. Furthermore, the PDCA cycle is integrated in the Bizzscore dashboards. Bizzscore makes quality models work!
