75% IT decision makers: better decisions possible by improved corporate data

Vanson BourneA survey of the British technology market research company Vanson Bourne among 700 senior IT decision makers in various sectors shows that globally only 29 percent of staff have access to all data necessary for their decisions. Although Business Intelligence systems are available for desktop users (70 percent) and laptop users (62 percent), only one in three people can also use them on mobile devices. And this while three-quarter of IT decision-makers believe that improved access to company data will enable them to make more accurate decisions.
