Research done by BusinessWeek among some 1.000 C-level respondents indicates that the use of business analytics is on the rise, also in the Netherlands. 58 percent of these respondents worldwide told that they have made more use of business analytics for decision making during the past year. In the Netherlands this figure is even as high as 65 percent. Remarkably, 59 percent worldwide use business analytics for strategic decision making and planning against only 26 percent in the Netherlands. At the same time, the research shows that only 14 percent of the Dutch respondents is convinced that they have enough analytical talents in their organization. Therefore, there is a need for recruitment and training of analytical talents and also for more user friendly software. Bizzscore is ready for it!
