Woonpartners Midden-Holland aims for SMART KPI’s with Bizzscore |

 Woonpartners Midden-Holland is a housing corporation operating in the municipalities Waddinxveen, Gouda, Zuidplas and Boskoop. They use the slogan "Being at home with living". This means that Woonpartners Midden-Holland is constantly committed to affordable and comfortable homes in attractive and livable neighborhoods. Both in terms of service and the work organization as the homeownership and the environment Woonpartners Midden-Holland aims to deliver high quality.
Together with EFM Software, Woonpartners Midden-Holland will therefore translate the new multi-year plan 2012 - 2016, the activity plan and the existing balanced scorecard into clearly defined SMART key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets. After completion Woonpartners Midden-Holland will start to actively monitor these KPI's in the dashboards and reports of Bizzscore. Up to this point, EFM Software has implemented Bizzscore at about 25 housing corporations.
